I don't see, in principle, any reason why there couldn't be objects such as these. The learning strategy ones might be generic, but the others seem to me to be content specific. For instance:
I have developed practice activities where, due to the complex nature of the performance (composing a response to a media query) we could not have system-generated evaluation, and due to the constraints on the SME's (Subject Matter Experts) we could not have expert-generated evaluation. What we did was provide model answers which learners could compare their answers to (and support for evaluation, and support for identifying misconceptions).
This, however, was not designed as an object (though it would be easy to do). Even if it were an object, it wouldn't be generic (though it could serve as a template for designing similar ones). -- Clark
