Hi all,

Enclosed is a quick cut and paste job of some slides from a powerpoint
presentation given by Frank Farance (IEEE LSTC Vice Chair). The first slide
is the cover slide, the next 5 slides are slide 30 - 34 of the original
presentation.

I have now put the slide on a server at
