About the need for your student's to download the course site and then upload it on to their
home computers.....I would suggest investigating using CD ROM technology rather than having
the students download to diskettes. Diskettes do not hold very much data (only 1.44 megs),
whereas a CD will hold 640 mb of data. If you have access to a CD writer you can copy your
website to the CD ROM and then students can view the site directly from the CD ROM without
having to upload it to their computers. This process would be much easier as they could us a
conventional web browser to view the site on the CD ROM. Using CD will enable you to create
and distribute more interactive content with less space limitations.

When you have a chance take a look at our new Advanced Master's degree program, Education
Specialist in Instructional Technology.
