Hi Mel,

In response to your request about authoring tools, I've found that Inside
Technology Training Magazine has published two articles in the last year which
you may find helpful. In both the January and October 1999 issues, there is
useful information which compares the tools and how different people (course
designers, developers, trainers, etc.) view the tools.

Also, as I teach both Authorware and Director, and use Toolbook II Instructor, if
a personal "user" perspective is valuable to you, perhaps we could carry on some
dialogue outside of the discussion group. Please feel free to respond to
sswitzer@mail.uccs.edu.

Good luck in your quest.

Best,

Scott Switzer
