With the proper base of understanding, motivation, spirit & goals on
behalf of the learned & learning we can please everyone.
This involves an acceptance that hard work, trials, mishaps, missteps,
and steps back still will occur, but we're all in this together and good will
come of all that happens.
It involves an acceptance that our success is based more on our
relationships during the journey over long periods of time than on
immediate accomplishments, particularly in terms of physical
remuneration.
It involves an opennes to change, an acceptance of others' beliefs when
those beliefs exclude hurting others, it implies a willingness to at least try
something new or different.
It involves the kinds of worldwide communication we now share that we
may at least shorten the time we need to expend in learning lessons
others already have experienced and avoid being stagnant in time or
activity longer than necessary for the lessons to be learned.
In short, flexible learning is much more the faith, spirit and attitude in
which we are determined to engage than the tools, procedures and
topics of the moment.
