I work for an organization that is as old as time. American Arbitration
Association.

www.adr.org

We are in the process of developing WBT and CBT training for people who are
interested in ADR (alternative dispute resolution) and conflict resolution.
I won't bore you with the various types of modules that we have developed
for trainings in the past several decades.

My question is to any person who works on adult education, continuing legal
educational, or continuing professional education programs on what different
approaches or steps I should take to make this process most cost effective,
easy, and make it work for the greater good. As well as provide CLE and CPE
credits for the courses.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
