The poblem is not new technology, byt rather using the technology we already
have to deliver better learning. We could make vast improvements in our
learning systems with the hardware and software already available. This
will not happen with current passive web courses.

A new book, with a friend, will explain this in much more detail. It is
called Tutorial Distance Learning, and will be available soon from Kluwer.
