Cost of development
I find most of the discussion on the cost of development to be misguided.
The factor that is important overall is the average cost for an hour of
student learning. The UK Open University showed long ago that spending
millions on developing a course could lead to a low student cost, if the
course was suitable for large numbers of students.
As I have mentioned before, I have more that I can send people on this
topic.
