I'm working with a former student on a book on highly interactive tutorial
computer based distance learning. Currently I have be writing a chapter on
costs, to compare this type of learning with others available.

If you would like to make comments on this chapter, I will be happy to send
it to you. And if you know of any similar references to costs, we will
appreciate learning about them.
