Dear IFETS'ers,
I am currently receiving proposals for articles to appear in a Special
Edition of the IFETS journal. The theme of the Special Edition is,
"Curriculum, Instruction, Learning, and the Internet."

In the preface to the proposal, I mentioned an article,not by name or by
author, that I had reviewed for a journal. Unfortunately, the article will
not appear in print until approximately December, 2000, or January 2001. I
cannot supply bibliographic information until that time, per the request of
the editor. Please forgive my haste in using that source and allow me to
supply the bibliographic data when the article is published.
