Dear All:
I am looking for a list of competencies of Instructional designers for
Web-based education and training. Do instructional designers need new set of
competencies to work in the web-based environment? I will appreciate, if
members of this list can deliberate upon this issue and suggest atleast 10
core competencies that they think are essential for Instructional designers
in the new learning environment.
