Greetings everyone,
The Business, Education and Technology Journal (BETJ) invites article
submissions for the Fall 2000 issue.
The Journal is a publication of the School of Technology and Industry at
Golden Gate University. It is published in paper and on the Web.

Our second edition is now being published, and will soon be on the Web at
the same address.
The coming issue focuses on two themes of interest to business and
technology professionals, as well as to educators:
1. Business Applications of Technology
2. Designing and delivering Effective Programs in Business Applications of
Technology
Publication Date: November 2000
Sub-themes:
* Business and Educational Partnerships
* Designing Effective Instruction for Business Applications of Technology
* Evolving Roles of Technologists, Educators and Business Persons
* Case studies on Business Applications of Technology
*Case studies on Pedagogical and Delivery Design of Business/Technology
Applications in Instructional settings
* Case studies on Information Systems professionals' relationships to the
business and educational communities.
Papers on these or related topics are invited. The Journal seeks articles of
approximately 4500 words, in a variety of types. Well written case studies,
conceptual, developmental, research, applied research articles are valued.
For this 3rd edition, the Journal will consider publishing shorter papers
(2000-3000 words) based on in progress research, innovative practices, or
work that actively connects the Journal's areas of interest: business,
education and technology.
Submission Deadline: July 30, 2000
Interested authors are requested to send their paper by July 30, 2000 to

Email submissions are encouraged for initial submissions. Paper should be
sent in one of two ways: in the body of the email, or as a Rich Text Format
attachment. Please do submit papers with graphics imbedded; graphics should
be sent separately.
For initial submissions, papers with graphics should also be submitted in
paper form.
Papers will be peer reviewed, and authors will receive notification by mid
August, 2000.
