Greetings Ma Rodriguez-Iborras

In the United States, a number of business ideas have received patents, but
I anticipate many challenges to the more controversial cases. We will not
know for another one to five years which of these patents will be accepted
after the courts have reviewed the lawsuits.

As you may be aware, the United States has joined the Berne Convention, so
the litigation here will take into account the international legal
community.

Unfortunately, for a more specific answer, you would need to consult a
patent law specialist. I am a general practitioner, and member of the
Massachusetts Bar and of the Court of International Trade. In my country,
patent attorneys normally charge a fee for consultations and for research on
any novel issue.
