Regarding usage of the Internet with students, in the USA at least, and
especially in colleges and universities, there is no worry about lack of
Internet utilization -- if anything, some might be concerned about premature
over-employment of this new tool. There has never been a new medium that has
been embraced so quickly and widely among educators. --LL
