Those of us who have the formidable task of engaging minds and
teaching new concepts must consider the rules of top, quality customer
service--for are we not service providers? It appears that service is
the reoccurring theme since teachers do not control learning for any
student. Therefore, a paradigm shift towards service needs to be ever
present and in the forefront of technology usage.
What makes a restaurant experience at one establishment more pleasant
and attractive to a customer? ANS: Delivery of timely, quality,
personalized service.
The same correlation exists for educators. Technology helps us to
deliver more personalized, timely service to students. It's the
definition of quality for existing and coming technologies that we
need to define. What is quality education in today's global society?
What is quality use of technology in educational delivery?
