Dear members

Apology for the disruption in the formal discussion. The
forum website (including formal discussion area) was down
due to a disk failure, which has now been sorted out.

We are in the last phases of the current formal discussion.
Please actively participate to give the discussion and its
outcomes some directions:

Our technical staff is working on full swing for upgrading
the listserv software so that we can get 'digest' feature
in the list. I hope to get it very soon (they promised me to
have it tonight or so). I shall let you know as soon as I
really get it.

Thanks a lot for your patience for the 'digest' feature.
