Just a quick announcement that following two informal discussions
themes are being summarised from emails you all are sending to the
forum list:

1. Issues related to the incorporation of theory into technical design
Summariser: Alex Hogan, Senior Design Engineer, FlightSafety International

2. Problems and potentials in web-based instruction, with particular
focus on distance learning
Summariser: Kathleen Luchini, Michigan State University
