PowerPoint works great for an all but automatic
HTML presentation generator. Here is one source
for adding sound to presentations.

Sync-O-Matic-3000 project
Syncomatic is a piece of software that integrates
PowerPoint and RealVideo/RealAudio to make on line
presentations.
