Excuse me for interupting the flow of discussion with this request but I have
waited for the formal closure date before mailing.

Does anyone know of an undergraduate university degree course taught using
synchronous videoconferencing at a distance and largely or wholly in the UK?

I can find many uses of videoconferencing to link sites and campuses but non so
far used for distance education.
