The critical first step is for all to recognize that the true good of the
individual is for the good of all.
The individual is part of the all.
Once we began discounting pieces of the good for the individual for the
good of all or, worse, discounting certain individuals for the so-call good
of all, we have begun chipping away at the "all."
when we begin chipping away at the all, we become a house divided
and will not stand.
Knowing this, teachers, trainers, students and learners then must know
that each of us individually and collectively do have the absolute choice
over life and our part in it, and that every one of those choices has
absolute, implied and possible outcomes.
