As opposed to the hard skills of the past, the ability to do very specific
physical things, our students of the future will need soft skills and
competencies: e.g., interpersonal abilities, adaptibility, flexibility, can learn
quickly, can visualize, can conceptualize, can translate, can relate,
understands action learning and strategic partnering, etc.
