This model (Girard's) fails to explain why everyone is not violent. Until
that is explained, the "only way to stop the violence" theory (Kort's) is
premature and potentially an example of Fixes that Fail and/or Shifting
the Burden. Several of the other archetypes may provide better insight into
behavior than Girard's model.
