"LINCT Coalition" as Learning and Information Networking for Community via
Technology at http://www.linct.org/onepage.html

LINCT is a nationwide coalition of NPOs, businesses and communities using
recyclable technology and Web-based networking. LINCT is a Project of EPIE
Institute <http://www.epie.org>, Educational Products of Information
Exchange.

Dr. Pilv site's Miksike.com <http://www.miksike.com> is having a link with
LINCT organization. Also, Estonian Students teaming up with LINCT
Coalition Schools in the Student Factory.
