Funny thing about that talking head. I deliver about 6 undergrad and
grad business class per year via satellite. The number one request
from students was to see my face set into the PowerPoint slides
and other materials.
Now, I don't see how that directly influences their learning... But it
does seem to make a difference to some.
Every student out there is different. Some *want* to see the talking
head that is adding the audio portion of the lecture.
