Hello IFETS Community,
After a thoughtful discussion, I would like to invite all of you to
express your thoughts on below..
In leadership when many others needed to know...you become the best leader
through either delegating to someone who has the abilty to understand it
and explain to others...but first you must have the ability to understand
it yourself and explain to whoever you delegated it too!...of course this
is just my opinion..and used over many years and not a hyped up statement.
Learning includes the ability to understand information and to explain it
to others.
Theory to Learn and let Learn.
