In support of Mary Harrsch's comments , one of the challenges in
developing and managing executive education programs is to find and develop
faculty who can balance the theory and practice issues in the classroom.
These are tough audiences ( and getting tougher) who expect faculty to
understand the specific competitive issues they face-and recommend
solutions.
