Neal,
You have mentioned a possible vast range of systems from
classroom through practice to on-line real-time systems.
Perhaps you could be more specific or narrow the field down
for members to address.
I began to develop Interactive Multimedia (IMM) training
modules for migrant and apprentice plumbers back in 1992. I
have unsuccessfully tried to get people at TAFE/ Plumber
training groups interested in updating their training
techniques. In Australia you should try TAFE and TAFE
international re VET systems but also contact the different
industry training groups (ITC's) responsible for the various
sections of Commerce and Industry. For example in
W.Australia I dealt with the Building and Construction
Industry Training Board. I can give anyone details of
research I have done for the design of IMM systems for
training.
