In response to your request for K-12 teacher technology skills I have
included two resources.

1. http://www.iste.org/Standards/NCATE/found.html The International
Society for Technology in Education standards for all teachers.

2. http://people.atl.mediaone.net/vsodano/productivity.html The
proficiency statements listed on my site were written by the Alliance
of Connecticut Regional Educational Service Centers for Connecticut
educators. Click the forward at the bottom of the page, there are
three sections to the statements 1. professional productivity, 2.
integrating technology, and 3. student inquiry.
