Colleagues,
Recently I wrote a kind of off the cuff response related to technology and
disadvanted persons, the gap widening issue. Now, I would like to extend
that to an article; however, I have not really been able to find any
definitive articles or research on this topic. Can you help?
Maybe that's why I need to write one. ????
