Greetings IFETS Forum,

Thank you very much for a good atmosphere. Every comment and thought is
here appreciated..

I would like to add some thoughts from well known educators and
technologists, may be they can add some more fuels to the ongoing
discussions..

We see the work we will do with the virtual university as totally
