Errol brings up the problem of defining knowledge.
While looking up the quote "a wise man knows what he know, and he knows what he does not know" (from Kaylyn) I came across an online text by Dr Phil Goppold. In part 3.6.4 The Art of Not knowing, he makes some interesting observations, in particular the distinction between potential and actual knowledge.

Further, he states, "There is no such thing as knowledge. There is only knowing. Knowing is that "what you have between your ears"
Would anyone like to make any Comments?
