!Suppose you have a class A without any access to ICT (no Internet, no
!computers) and a class B with computers (linked to Internet) for teacher
!and students. In class B you can do anything is done in class A but not
!viceversa. That proves that learning and elearning are different (Is the
!difference interesting enough? In my opinion in class B you can do more and
!better).

Hmm. One factor is time. In class B you can have access to much
greater sources of information. And quicker. If such information was
available to class A they may be able to get there in the end with group
work, interaction etc. Lets say for example if the were near a library
with some good magazines and books.
Also, access computers in class A [with no internet] would make a
significant difference. Cut and paste, drafting and editing facilities
in a wor processor (etc)
Within a narrow band of content I'd question your assumptions. Eg. Y12
physics. I need string, masses, some electricity bits, etc.
Me and some great problems with a whiteboard (orbetter still, one WB for
each group of 3).
But: in knowledge construction subjects (eg, a class on learning theory)
I'd say the class + internet wins every time.
My 10c worth.

Giorgio: I checked your web page. I see you work with High Schoolers.
Interesting.
