Suppose you have a class A without any access to ICT (no Internet, no
computers) and a class B with computers (linked to Internet) for teacher
and students. In class B you can do anything is done in class A but not
viceversa. That proves that learning and elearning are different (Is the
difference interesting enough? In my opinion in class B you can do more and
better).
