Refer to (http://www.towson.edu/~dabbagh/edmedia.html). This is an Ed
Media paper which will be presented this June and it will also come out
as a book chapter in a book on Web-Based Training. We compared 6
Web-Based Course Authoring Tools (two of which were WebCt and TopClass)
using a comprehehnsive framework which includes, most importantly I
think, a pedagogical perspective.
