Dear colleagues

I have recently received a draft document on 'Process Norms' for the quality
of teacher education, which would be distributed to the participants in a
seminar being held in New Delhi this month. The seminar is organized by Indira
Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi, India and was sent to me during a
communication for World Association for Online Education (WAOE) (http://www.waoe.org).
