Am I offline by thinking that the teaching of HTML for non-programming students (general studies) is already obsolete? Or, is HTML still required in certain languages and countries. After all, most of the wordprocessing software in the US now has HTML function without having to use all the scripting. And, yes, without HTML, it's even more motivational!
