In compilation of a paper relating to future trends of education, I am
requesting some feedback on the worst single computer experience "you,
as an education practitioner" experienced during the year 1998. In no
more than two paragraphs, please explain the experience and the
results. Please provide your name, title, institution, city, country
and month the event occurred during 1998. Material selected to be
utilized in completed paper.

Paper available 1 April 99.
