Greetings-
I've been asked by a researcher on campus to determine whether any
organizations have a policy statement on the *ethical* implications of
computer use by children. In other words, when is it too early to
*ethically* start a child on a computer?
I realize this is begging the question, but that's my task :-)
Does your organization have such a policy statement or stand on this
issue? Are you aware of ANY organizations that do?
I'm not subscribed to this list, so if you'd send any responses directly
to me I'd greatly appreciate it.
Thanks very much for your time,
