I agree with Mag. Dr. Sabine Payr that we must investigate which software
programs work under certain conditions and for certain purposes. This topic
has been an immense research and teaching interest to me for several years.
Although "BSCW is not geared specifically towards learning," I have used it
very effectively for learning. Several papers and articles explore the use
