Hi I'm looking for information, a friend teaches in the public schools. The
school system is purchasing technology but is not spending the money to
train its faculty, the idea being they will train themselves on their own
time.
She'd like to collect some articles. books etc that would suport the idea
that teachers should be given money and time to learn the new technologies
and build lessons using that technology.
I can find a lot of information supporting the use of distance learning,
but nothing pushing for the training of faculty,
