Dear colleagues

For the sake of new members (and as a refresh for others), I would like
to mention following points for all of you to consider:

1. Please do not quote whole original emails in your reply. Specially if
you leave the original mail headers in the reply, the mail will not be
accepted by the system, because system assumes that there is a problem
and the mail is bounced back (the system finds the headers which it sent
out). Therefore, the best thing would be, to quote only relevant part of
original email.

2. Most of our members are subscribed to digest form of the list, and digest
form does not handle properly the messages posted in HTML. It puts the text
part as separate message, and the HTML coding as separate message, which becomes
very messy, and the digest becomes very bulky. I, therefore, recommend you to
send your messages in plain text.
