Hello all:

I'm Leonard Rosen, a lecturer on Technology in Education at
the Harvard Graduate School of Education. I'm teaching a
course these term on "Pedagogy and Technology in the
Humanities." My special interest is in working to
understand knowledge domains deeply before presuming to
create useful software or website. I'm thinking that as
Web and software deisgners we must know how knowledge is
constructed in a discipline before we can create effective,
interactive tools that promote learning.

So I'm glad to be a part of this list, and I'll be urging
my students to subscribe. Cheers. Will follow the
discussions and will participate.
