Global Competency Systems is the developer of BLAST!, a rapid development
tool for training creation. Version 2 of the software is to be developed,
including Web Delivery and Windows 95/98/NT Simulation Training. Hence,
Global Competency Systems requires the services of the following:

Senior Java Programmer - Minimum 2 years Java experience plus C/C++. Must
be able to co-ordinate / design and produce multimedia Java source for a
training environment.

2 Junior Java Programmers - Minimum 1 year Experience. Must work
effectively as a team member working on defined tasks.

Authorware Programmer - Minimum 2 years experience. Requires ability to
read code and not just push icons. Graphic skills a plus.

Instructional Designer - Experienced ID person required to develop training
for corporate Australia using the BLAST! package.

GCS is based in Crows Nest, Sydney Australia.
