Bill,

I can't help but respond to your comments on WebCT. I do all of my
development in MicroSoft FrontPage, zip it into one file and upload the
entire Web site into WebCT. This provides me with the development tools
and flexibility available through Front Page and all the resources of WebCt
such as the threaded discussion, online evaluation, chat room, grading,
etc. If you have the opportunity, you should try it out.
