Dear IFETS Forum Members,

Web Based Training Online Learning '99 (WBTOLL '99), a virtual
conference taking place entirely on the WWW, begins Feb 8th and runs
through Feb.12th, 1999 at http://www.trainingplace.com/wbtoll99/

WBTOLL '99 includes a distinguished group of invited thought leaders
from top companies and academic instutions who will be presenting
keynotes and leading workshop discussions on a variety of WBTOLL issues.
