Tak,
I don't know about being able to comment on a specific WEB page, but WebCT has a
similar facility to Learning Space. However, it is more a threaded email list rather than
WEB pages. It is accessed via the WWW but uses the email facility. Students can see all
of the topics and replies and can select any message from those displayed or start a new
discussion.

Not sure about the cost of WebCT but it is certainly cheaper than Lotus Notes.

Learning Space is also accessible to students via the WWW but the creators of the site
need Notes and Learning Space loaded.
