Delays in broadcast signal (gaps of "silence")
Image breakup
Video and audio tracks synchronized
Ability to see facial features (speaks to feelings of "being there")
Camera angles
Sound quality (microphone too far from speaker leaves voice washed out and
thin)
Content appropriate for broadcast medium
How well people are able to "connect" across the medium
