Dear members

Two news items regarding 'Educational Technology & Society' (ISSN 1436-4522),
journal of the International Forum of Educational Technology & Society:

> First issue of the journal (October 98) is now available in PDF as well as
   HTML format. PDF version is better for printing (it also has page numbers)
  and for downloading and offline viewing. The journal is freely accessible

> Second issue of the journal (January 99) is now open to accept articles.
  Currently following items are available in the issue. More items will be
