Subject: [IFETS-DISCUSSION:4228] Social adaptations for children with Dyslexia

Are there any social adaptations which need to be addressed when
mainstreaming a child with dyslexia? I am thinking in terms of children at
about 5th grade. Do they get treated cruelly by their peers or does their
disability go largely unnoticed aside from their tendency to fall behind in
some courses?
