Subject: [IFETS-DISCUSSION:4219] re: Blackboard 5 and constructivist learning environments

Dear fellow IFETS subscribers,

Thanks to the kind generosity of a fellow subscriber, i have been able to
explore an excellent course in Illinois, that used used the Blackboard 5
learning environments. I believe this is very obviously an example of a
constructivist learning environment (CLE), but haven't been able to find a
lot of research examining Blackboard 5 as a CLE.

I would appreciate emails to Yasmine.Howard@utas.edu.au with any
information regarding the above query, personal opinions, published and
unpublished information is all welcome.

Kindest Regards
Yasmine Howard
